RP6  Pad-Pak-Ruam (Mixed Veggies):  Stir-fried medley of fresh mixed vegetables in light gravy bean sauce with choice of meat.

RP7  Pad-Khing-On (Ginger):  Choice of meat, fresh ginger, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions sauteed in light gravy bean sauce.

RP8  Pa-Ram (Rama):  Choice of meat sauteed in peanut curry sauce with steamed broccoli.

RP9  Pad-Prew-Wan (Thai Sweet n' Sour):  Choice of meat, pineapple, tomatoes, carrots, onions, snow peas, and bell peppers sauteed in Thai style sweet n' sour sauce.

RP10  Pad-Ma-Kuah (Thai Spicy Eggplant): ** Choice of meat, eggplants, bell peppers, and Thai basil sauteed in spicy red curry sauce.

RP11  Pad-Ka-Nah (Broccoli):  Choice of meat and broccoli florets sauteed in light gravy soy sauce.

RP12 Wild Pork: ** Sliced pork sauteed in spicy curry sauce with string beans, whole green peppercorns, and fresh Thai basil.

C2  Gang-Keaw-Wan (Spicy Green Curry): *** Choice of meat, oriental eggplants, bell peppers, bamboo shoots, green peppers, and Thai basil simmered in green curry and coconut milk. 

C3  Pa-Nang (Creamy Red Curry): ** Choice of meat simmered in creamy red curry with coconut milk.

C4  Gang-Karee (Mild Yellow Curry): * Choice of meat, onions, potatoes, and carrots simmered in mild yellow curry with coconut milk.

C5  Massaman: * Choice of meat simmered in traditional style massaman curry with coconut milk, potatoes, and peanuts.           

 

Fried Rice and Noodles

NP1  Pad-Thai:  Thai style rice noodles sauteed in sweet tangy sauce with tofu, egg, and bean sprouts, sprinkled with roasted peanuts and green onions.

NP2  Pad-See-Ew:  Thick rice noodles pan-fried with broccoli florets, egg, in a sweet soy sauce.

NP3  Pad-Kee-Mow (Drunken Noodles): *** Thick rice noodles pan-fried in spicy garlic chili sauce with bell peppers, tomatoes, and Thai basil.  Served over bed of lettuce and bean sprouts.

NP4  Kow-Pad (Thai Fried Rice):  Thai traditional style fried rice with choice of meat, onions, tomatoes, and egg.

NP5  Kow-Pad-Kra-Pow (Basil Fried Rice): *** Spicy fried rice with choice of meat with spicy garlic chilli sauce, onions, bell peppers, and Thai basil.

NP6  Lad-Nah:  Thick rice noodles and broccoli florets topped with light gravy bean sauce.
